Minimum Experience:- 04 yrs and above
Salary Budget:- Max Rs. 08/- Lakhs PA
Job Location:- Boisar, Maharashtra
Qualification Required:- Diploma / Degree – Mechanical or Production
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Core experience in production and projects execution is mandatory
- Immediate joiners or less notice period are most preferred
Job Description:-
- Shall be responsible for total production i.e. output, quality, cost and meeting delivery dates and troubleshooting
- Should be planned, systematic, energetic, active and alert. Have proactive working style, strong aptitude & innovative thinking for developing new items, products etc.
- Should be good communicator and with aptitude to handle challenges outside his work area
- Candidate should have personally executed tasks like renovating existing machines, making new tooling to improve productivity or introduce new product etc
- Should have conceptual knowledge of HVAC system, ferrous and non-ferrous material selections
- Preference will be given to the candidate with experience of communication with overseas customers
- Prefer the candidates who have exposure to 5s and TPM
- Knowledge of OEE (overall equipment efficiency)
- He should be able to design tooling and conduct experiments for new products development.
